This awe-inspiring Marola home is located in one of the most marvelously pleasant areas there is in Mallorca, called Sonvita. Arturo+Lauren we're hired by the award-winning Architectural Designer, Osvaldo Luppi for his design company, OLARQ. Specifically, to capture photos and video of his stunning design work to go towards his portfolio. OLARK's architectural design projects have been nominated and honored many times by the esteemed Mallorca Architecture Prize and have granted the company much press attention and published works in several architectural books and magazines. Making OLARK's choice to hire Arturo+Lauren for their expertise in shooting photos and videos for such work a very special honor for the duo to experience.

One major goal of Arturo+Lauren's while shooting this property, was to really produce shots with unique angles that would exude abstract detailing in OLARQ's designs. The pair finds that architects tend to really desire shots with these abstract angles to show off their design style and what makes them stand out.
In order to bring focus to all of the company's exceptionally designed details for the home, the pair had the challenge of getting all of the shots without showing the homeowner's own furniture that was present at the site. There was also the fact that with such sizable homes as these, it is harder to really produce enticing images that could very easily look too narrow, unrealistic, and tube-like. The pool area for example was already very narrow and the facade with significantly white, making it difficult to accurately flaunt the beauty of the outside.
In order to solve the given obstacles of this shoot, such as the very vast size of the property, the pair utilized their must-have for shoots on this level, this being drones. Using drones helped the duo to get flawless images of the outside, helping get those accurate shots that would show off every detail in a more realistic way. Also, in order to get those more unique shots that are so loved by their architectural clients, Arturo+Lauren used the staircase - one of the most important parts of the project, paying attention to every angle and corner for those smooth shots. For videography, the pair also utilize stabilizers and even a hoverboard, to avoid the walking steps of such a large property and make the movement more precisely polished. Lastly, the duo understood the immense importance of drawing attention to the way in which light interacts with certain properties, some more than others, and this grand Marola home was one of them. One of the key shots to get for this home was the view of the city because this home is so high up on the hill in Sonvita, Mallorca, that you can see the gorgeous city lights below it and feel the beautiful connection it has to its surroundings.
Arturo+Lauren created photos and a video for their brilliant architectural client, Osvaldo Luppi of OLARQ. Paying close attention to every detail of the interior, exterior, and stunning surrounding nature.
