We captured the penthouse at Fairmont Residences over a two-day video shoot, focusing heavily on the views and how the space shifts from sunrise to sunset. The approach was clean and minimal, highlighting features like the private pool while incorporating subtle lifestyle moments with talent to bring a sense of scale and lived-in atmosphere without it feeling staged.

Our assignment revolved around capturing the allure and elegance of Beverly West, a distinguished boutique high-rise in Los Angeles. Through a blend of photography and videography, we endeavored to encapsulate the refined lifestyle and exclusive atmosphere of this esteemed residential tower. Our focus was on showcasing the harmonious fusion of luxury and natural beauty that defines Beverly West. With meticulous attention to detail, we highlighted the exquisite features and breathtaking views that make each residence a sanctuary of sophistication. Set against the backdrop of the Los Angeles Country Club, our visuals aimed to transport viewers into a world of understated opulence and tranquility.
ONE RANGERS WAY
TEXAS
Tasked with creating a cinematic presentation for One Rangers Way, our objective was to capture both the elevated lifestyle inside the residences and the energy surrounding the building itself.
We focused on showcasing the luxury materials, architectural detailing, and refined finishes that define the penthouse experience, while also highlighting the building’s amenities and sense of exclusivity. Beyond the interiors, we emphasized its prime Arlington location, with close proximity to restaurants, entertainment, and major stadiums that make it a destination within Texas luxury real estate.
Filmed over the course of four days with eight models, the production was designed to reflect real moments of connection, movement, and scale. Through intentional lighting, composition, and lifestyle direction, we aimed to present not just an apartment, but a fully realized urban experience.

Tasked with creating a compelling video presentation for 350 Butler, we strategically highlighted key facets of this development. Our focus encompassed capturing the prime location within Brooklyn, emphasizing its urban charm and accessibility. Additionally, we meticulously showcased the integration of passive house principles, demonstrating the commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. Highlighting the meticulous selection of materials, we showcased the craftsmanship and quality synonymous with the Brooklyn Home Company. Furthermore, we underscored the project's dedication to sustainability, showcasing eco-conscious features and practices. Lastly, we showcased the array of amenities, illustrating the luxurious lifestyle offered within this exceptional development. Through our video, we aimed to encapsulate the essence of 350 Butler, reflecting the vision and values of the Brooklyn Home Company.
