ABOUT
Overlooking one of the most treasured resort beaches by travelers from all around the world lies a uniquely built home of majestic grandeur, Villa Anguli. Villa Anguli was launched by the phenomenal team at E5 Group. Architecturally designed by the talented Michel Campion and Interior Designer, Terraza Balear. Their vision from the start was to create a home that mirrored the everlasting gift of its location. Executing this through the design of the sleek glass facade that circles the whole property, allowing the boundless light to dance throughout the entire home, unveiling the unrivaled views of the Mediterranean Sea to be discovered everywhere one sets their eyes.

Arturo+Lauren set out to produce photos and video for their developer clients at E5. Imagery that would not only help fulfill their client's main goals of attracting international customers and lead to the sale of the home but also stand out and captivate their many international investors in locations like Switzerland as well.

The home was so greatly focused on the picturesque natural views, that the direction for Balear’s interior design of the home was meant to keep furniture very minimal. Such a minimalistic designed property with a lack of furniture did mean that Arturo+Lauren would have to tackle the challenge of creating their own interesting angles in ways that would appeal to their high-end client's needs. Exterior shots were also an obstacle due to the sloping terrain the duo had to work with. The lack of flat terrain of course creates more of a hindrance for creating shots that remain consistent with one another, especially on film where the imagery must keep an unchanged flow of kindred beauty. Some spaces were also smaller than the rest, but part of the duo's specialty as professionals is to take what could easily come off as less flattering, and expansively connect the spaces' symbiotic relationship in a way that delivers desirability on film.

Although the furnishings in the home were limited, Arturo+Lauren embraced the purpose behind this design concept, seeing beyond objects and into the vision of the designers. The duo grasped the irresistible elegance of the amazing artworks by famed artists like Andy Warhol and Banksy that were present throughout the home. And of course, the architecture itself that remains endlessly loved by the duo for its unique form and lucid connection to the ocean.

In the end, Arturo+ Lauren saw their met challenges as the hidden brilliance of what their shots would exude. Shots of simplistic rarity expressed the grandness of the property's design and heavenly location. Capturing all of this through photography and film, accomplishing their clear goal of visually representing what life at this home could look like for those seeking a home that embodies a soulful relationship with nature's gratifying influence.
