A’ DESIGN AWARD & COMPETITION
In 2021, phenomenal Architectural Designer of Minimal Studio, Juan David Martinez, won the world’s most prestigious design accolade - the A’ Design Award! This grand award was for his work titled Ca’n Rudayla, a single-family dwelling. Martinez’s tremendous work was shot by Arturo+Lauren in beautiful Ibiza; featuring their shots as the winning photos that would now be showcased internationally.

A’ Design Award and Competition is the world’s most substantial and prestigious design accolade. The award was created out of the desire to present the most striking designs from around the world to the public across the globe. The winning designs and products go on to be viewed by a wide range of diverse audiences through the A’ Design Award Gala and Exhibition in Italy. This brings about the most fitting press for the featured winners, giving exciting insight into the most majestically innovative artists and their designs for the whole world to see. Of these esteemed winners was the talented Spanish Architectural Designer, Juan David Martinez of Minimal Studio. Martinez won the award in 2021 for his design work on a single-family dwelling called, Ca’n Rudayla, in Ibiza. The photos honoring Martinez’s brilliance on such a lavish design were shot by the talented Arturo+Lauren. With the pair’s own creative talents, they were able to truly capture the unique inspiration of Martinez’s design work. The main inspirations for the designer were the beautifully intense color chromatics, the striking natural light, and the many overlays present in the same space. With the project having taken around a year (starting in 2019 to 2020), bringing the designs to life with only the best of the best photography was a must. Making this project one of Arturo+Lauren’s most upstanding works to date.
