We were commissioned to produce a captivating video showcasing the Beverly Estate, acquired by discerning investors who rent out this prestigious property for various purposes, including movie sets, fashion shoots, and events. Our mission was to craft a visually stunning portrayal of the estate, allowing potential clients to experience its timeless allure and versatility firsthand. Through meticulous attention to detail and cinematic storytelling, our video serves as a powerful tool for the investors to attract filmmakers, fashion designers, event planners, and more, illustrating the endless possibilities offered by this iconic venue.
MAROLA HOUSE

This awe-inspiring Marola home is located in one of the most marvelously pleasant areas there is in Mallorca, called Sonvita. Arturo+Lauren we're hired by the award-winning Architectural Designer, Osvaldo Luppi for his design company, OLARQ. Specifically, to capture photos and video of his stunning design work to go towards his portfolio. OLARK's architectural design projects have been nominated and honored many times by the esteemed Mallorca Architecture Prize and have granted the company much press attention and published works in several architectural books and magazines. Making OLARK's choice to hire Arturo+Lauren for their expertise in shooting photos and videos for such work a very special honor for the duo to experience.

MALLORCA, SPAIN
Arturo and Lauren aimed to create shots tailored for the architect, developer, and furniture designer. They faced challenges like capturing the space's entirety without exaggerating its natural essence, dealing with steep terrain, and avoiding neighbors and cranes. They used drones to highlight the high ceilings and the property's connection with nature. Models, including a dog, were incorporated to enhance visual storytelling. They captured natural movements and changes in light with a timelapse, noting the home's striking illumination at twilight. Their work ensured an exceptional experience for all clients, showcasing the grand design of Tarragona Home Architects and the distinct furniture of Espacio Home Design.
