ELEVATING HOTEL ROOM PHOTOGRAPHY:

WHEN GOOD BECOMES GREAT

The Sixty Hotel Beverly Hills had professional photography of every guest room. But when their PR team looked at the marketing potential, they knew they could push further.

Great hotels deserve photography that works as hard as their design does.

The sixty hotel had clean, professional room photography that served its purpose well. But their pr team recognized an opportunity:

What if the images could do more? Show rooms at different times of day. Capture the full guest experience. Create a visual library that elevated their marketing across every channel.

So they brought us in to take their photography to the next level.

The Vision: Photography That Captures the Full Experience

The Sixty Hotel's PR team wanted photography that:

  • Showcased rooms throughout the day and into the evening

  • Captured the atmosphere that guests actually experience

  • Worked seamlessly across all marketing touchpoints

  • Highlighted what makes each room unique

This wasn't about replacing what existed, it was about building a more comprehensive visual story.

WHAT MADE THIS SHOOT SPECIAL

1. WE CAPTURED DAY AND NIGHT

Most hotel photography happens during daylight hours. But guests don't just experience rooms at 2pm. They check in at night. They see city lights after dinner. They wake up to morning light.

The Sixty wanted to show that full experience, the warmth of evening light, the mood of bedside lamps, the romance of Beverly Hills after dark.

2. THE INTERIOR DESIGNER STYLED ON SET

Interior designer Melissa Bowers, styled the shoot. Having the original designer's vision guide every detail meant each element reflected the thoughtful design of the space.

3. WE HIGHLIGHTED EACH ROOM'S PERSONALITY

Some rooms had sweeping Beverly Hills views. Others offered more intimate sightlines. We framed each space to showcase what made it special, creating an authentic visual story that helps guests understand each room type.

4. WE EMBRACED NATURAL CONDITIONS

Both shoot days brought cloudy skies. We worked with the natural light and maintained consistency through thoughtful editing, delivering beautiful results that feel authentic to the space.

The approach: expertise in action

after 15+ years shooting luxury properties, arturo understands how different lighting conditions affect mood, when to lean into natural light, and what makes images resonate with guests and inspire bookings.

BUILDING A COMPLETE VISUAL LIBRARY

Over two days shooting twelve rooms, we created:

  • Daytime AND evening room photography

  • Thoughtful styling by the original interior designer

  • Each room is framed to showcase its unique character

  • Consistent editing that maintains atmosphere

  • A visual library that performs across all channels

THE RESULT: PHOTOGRAPHY THAT ELEVATES YOUR MARKETING

After the shoot, the Sixty Hotel had a comprehensive visual library that captures the full guest experience, from check-in through checkout, across different lighting conditions and room types.

Images that don't just document spaces, but invite guests to imagine themselves there.

Photography that matches the caliber of their property.
