It is a house of almost 850 square meters on a 2000 plot in the heart of the town where we can find a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and orchard in the purest Mediterranean style, thus immersing ourselves in a setting of complete well-being and harmony. In a unique and special place like Santanyí, for this house we have carried out a careful interior design study in which we wanted to preserve the essence of the area and the characteristic Majorcan style while preserving elements of the original house.

Natural materials such as Santanyí stone, masonry stone for the facade or recovered wood are some of the components that make up this house that lead us to appreciate the beauty of the imperfections of the old, preserving the soul, tradition and history of its own essence, thus emanating a character reminiscent of an authentic Majorcan possessió.
This very special place has a characteristic Majorcan-style patio at its entrance that connects with the rest of the house through huge windows that flood all the spaces with light. To access the garden we do it through some spectacular arches that frame the house and that are surrounded by colored bougainvillea to give the house the light, color and life that characterize this area. In addition, Sa Buganvil lea is located in a wonderful enclave such as Santanyí, just a few steps from the commercial and service area where we can find the market, the town square, and a wide range of bars and restaurants.
