BRICK HOTEL
ABOUT
In the early 20th century, Sir William Newbold, president of the Bank of London and Mexico, built and lived in a beautiful English-style mansion at 95 Orizaba Street in Colonia Roma Norte. On one of his trips from Britain to Mexico, Sir William´s boat used straw yellow bricks as a counterweight which were subsequently used in the construction of the house. Due to this simple fact, the hotel is named Brick.
After several years and a complete transformation, Brick Hotel returns with a sophisticated and mature concept, appealing to guests seeking an authentic experience of modern luxury in the heart of Colonia Roma and to local´s who enjoy the atmosphere and variety of the hotel´s buzzing reataurant and bar spaces.
Brick Hotel is located on Calle Orizaba 95, in the distinctive neighborhood of Roma, a beautiful neighborhood known for its parks, public spaces with cultural background and eclectic architecture, including art nouveau and French influences and, of course the English style architecture. Brick Hotels has created an enviroment that accentuates good taste, beauty and comfort throughtout its guests rooms and communal spaces.
