We were commissioned to film One Rangers Way, a luxury penthouse residence in Arlington, Texas. In this cinematic architectural film, we focused on capturing natural light, clean composition, and intentional camera movement to highlight the scale, materials, and atmosphere of the space.

Tasked with creating a cinematic video for One Rangers Way, The Cordish Companies brought us in to reimagine how the property was presented. Their previous video leaned heavily corporate, and they were looking for something more aligned with a hospitality-driven, editorial perspective. The goal was to create a film that felt immersive, aspirational, and rooted in lifestyle rather than documentation.

Across a three-day production, we approached the project as a series of curated vignettes, capturing not only the penthouse residence itself but the broader experience of living at One Rangers Way. We focused on natural light, clean composition, and intentional camera movement to highlight the scale, materiality, and architectural precision of the interiors, while ensuring each space carried a distinct mood.

A key part of the narrative was grounding the residence within its surroundings. Located in the heart of Arlington’s entertainment district, we emphasized the proximity to major stadiums and the energy of the neighborhood, capturing a sense of movement and activity that reflects the lifestyle tied to the location. In contrast, the interior moments were designed to feel calm and refined, with quieter, more restrained scenes that highlighted the sense of retreat within the residence.

We cast a range of models across different age groups to reflect a broader demographic and to bring a sense of authenticity to the storytelling. Each scene was directed to feel natural and unforced, creating a balance between vibrancy and stillness. Outdoor sequences were intentionally active and social, while interior moments, particularly within the residence itself, leaned more minimal and composed to convey a sense of privacy and ease.

Through this film, we aimed to position One Rangers Way not just as a luxury residence, but as a fully realized lifestyle offering, bridging the energy of its surroundings with the quiet sophistication of its interiors.
